SY2025-26 Elementary Literacy Teacher

Ingenuity Prep prepares PreK, Elementary, Middle school students in Ward 8 to succeed in college and beyond as impactful civic leaders. We are looking for an Elementary Literacy Teacher who is deeply committed to students, has a passion for academic rigor and civic leadership, and wants to work closely with their colleagues to continue to build our program for Ingenuity Prep’s students and families during the 2025-2026 school year.

Requirements

• Experience and/or desire to serve as a lead elementary school teacher in a low-income school
• Passion for providing rigorous instruction for students
• Willingness to work closely with peers in a collaborative teaching setting
• Ability to use academic data to drive whole-group and small-group instruction
• History of building strong relationships with students and partnering with families
