We are looking for a product manager to own end-to-end product development across our portfolio of wellness and spiritual services brands. As a product manager, you will be responsible for defining product strategy, requirements, and roadmaps that serve millions of users seeking guidance and support and thousands of advisors providing it.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product management with successful launches in B2C or consumer app environments
- Track record of shipping features that moved key metrics
- Comfortable with complexity - managing multiple brands, platforms, and workstreams simultaneously
- Strong technical fluency and can have productive conversations with engineers
- Excellent communication skills and can translate complex requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Deeply analytical and data-driven, but also know data doesn't make decisions - you do
- Fluent with AI tools for product management
- Growth mindset and approach problems with curiosity rather than assumptions
- Experience with agile methodologies and comfortable with rapid iteration cycles
- Bonus: Two-sided marketplace experience or understanding of marketplace dynamics
