Requirements
- Studies with a focus on business informatics or comparable technical and banking experience
- Professional experience as a Product Owner with agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban) in teams with a high IT component
- Long-standing practice in Requirements Engineering, data analysis, and Customer Journey Mapping
- Fundamental knowledge in project work and (IT) process management, ideally in the field of digital customer interfaces, bank products, or self-services
- Experience in conceptualizing and implementing subject matter requirements (e.g., bank business processes, underlying technologies/infrastructures, app channels)
- Knowledge in the field of regulatory affairs and governance
- Experience in process analysis and developed analytical skills and holistic thinking
- Quick understanding, customer-oriented, systematic, and independent working method
- Team player with high social competence, communication, and persuasion skills
- Ability to think beyond one's own horizon and develop sustainable solutions
- Very good knowledge of German and English
