Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Tribe Financial Accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of accounting concepts and financial markets products. You will work on complex front-to-end initiatives, analyzing processes and designing solutions to meet business and user requirements.
Requirements
- Translation of business requirements into Finance user requirements
- Act as single point of contact in front-to-end initiatives
- Coordinate and facilitate activities on squad/tribe and/or program level
- Support the product owner and the squad in managing the backlog
- Information/data analysis
- Implement and maintain the controls related to minimum accounting standards
- Supporting strategic initiatives
- Translate designs into IT solutions
- Second line functional support
