Scrum Master

We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master to join our agile team and drive the successful implementation of Scrum methodologies across our projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile role.
• Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is required.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment.
• Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is preferred.
