Job Description
InfyStrat is looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant to implement and manage Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, focusing on Core HR, Talent Management, and Payroll.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience implementing and managing Oracle HCM Fusion solutions.
- Strong knowledge of HCM modules like Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, and Payroll.
- Experience with HCM integrations and data migration processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are a strong plus.
