Requirements
- Manage a territory of high-potential accounts, focusing on retention and upsell
- Engage with executives and directors from current customers in Portugal to build strong and long-lasting relations and become an advisor in their digital transformation
- Oversee the overall account management and drive the right strategy and tactics to close expansion opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
- Work alongside our Customer Success team
- Organize the extended team by being a team member and prioritizing the workloads to cover customer needs
- Meet and exceed sales quotas with existing customers
