Tower Technician II

InfraServices is seeking a Tower Technician II to perform advanced installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless communication towers. This role requires leading tasks, mentoring less experienced technicians, and ensuring project safety and quality. The position involves working at elevated heights and utilizing advanced technologies and safety practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma, general education degree (G.E.D.), or related trade school education
• One to two years of experience in wireless tower construction or maintenance
• Demonstrated ability to work at heights and perform tower work safely
• Competent Climber/Rescue Certification from an accredited institution
• OSHA 10 Construction Training Card (OSHA 30 preferred)
• First Aid and CPR Certification
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets Company requirements
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and at varying elevations
