Job Description
Infleqtion is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support the Chief Operations Officer (COO) with financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, specifically within the Sales, General, and Administrative (SG&A) expense area. The role involves collaborating with various departments, improving financial visibility, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong analytical background.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts and budgets.
- Support monthly and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Forecast and reconcile full-company hiring and labor budget.
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial performance reports.
- Conduct variance analysis and build financial dashboards.
- Collaborate with HR, Sales, IT, and other G&A functions.
