Technology Architect

Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting. We are seeking a Technology Architect to work on IT operation solutions and address problems for our clients on ITSM tool deployment, customization, and integration.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 15 years in IT technology areas in technical roles
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in ITSM and cloud operation solution design and development and architecture
• Minimum of 5 years in architect roles
• Expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions
• Strong integration skills with the ability to connect ITSM and cloud monitoring tools with external systems
• Knowledge of data modelling, business process automation, and performance optimization in ITSM tools
• Demonstrated experience with ITSM tools, service mapping and discovery, event management, and IT Service Management
• Experience in industries such as retail, finance, Internet, manufacturing, and life science
• Language: English + Cantonese
