React NodeJS Full Stack Developer

Infosys is seeking a Lead React/NodeJS - Full Stack Developer to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients' business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
• 4+ experience in Software development focused on NodeJS
• NodeJS, SQL, MongoDB technical experience
• Monitoring of technical and business events/metrics
• Monitoring of alerts and taking necessary actions
• Customer/Store Reps interaction on call and email and Teams
• Incident Resolution/Tasks handling/ Bug Fixes as per L3 level
• Anchoring the Critical Incident calls/issues as per Client process
• AWS Cloud Watch log analysis and New Relic observability tool monitoring
• Newrelic dashboard creation, Pager Duty experience
• Strong analytical, oral, and communication skills
• Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment
• Self-learner with effective time management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective solutions
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
