Job Description
Infosys Consulting is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Transformation & Advisory Consultant to optimize and transform business workflows for global market leaders. This role involves strategic advice, end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, and client partnership, with a focus on innovation, impact, and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across functional business pillars and leveraging deep industry knowledge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in ServiceNow implementation and advisory roles.
- Minimum 5 years of dedicated consulting experience.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (Agentic AI, Service Order Management, Configuration Management Database, Customer Service Management, HR Service Delivery, and integrations).
- Project management and business analysis skills.
- PMP, Prince2, SAFe or other Scaled Agile certifications are highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
