Job Description
This Solutions Engineer role involves consulting with Customers Success on the value of InfoSum’s platform, representing their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions. The role requires a technical resource and advisor to guide customers through the product suite and contribute to sales presentations, workflow modeling, and solution design. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and client relationship skills.
Requirements
- Background in advertising technology or SAAS (2 years)
- Hands-on familiarity with data query languages (i.e. SQL) or databases
- Exceptional presentation skills and communication skills
- Excellent long term client relationship management capabilities
- Strong project management skills
- Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and technical operations teams
- Ability to run technical demonstrations of a complex platform
