The Sales Operations Executive will primarily support a Sales team, drive consistency and quality in the Sales teams, and act as a key link between the Sales function and the events team. The role will provide structured sales administration, Salesforce (CRM) support, data analysis & investigation, reporting, and data management /entry support.
Requirements
- University Bachelor’s Degree in MICE, Marketing or Business Administration major
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a sales admin / operations team
- Language requirements: Verbal English
- Some experience and interest in relevant industry sectors or brands
- Relationship management experience, maintaining customer contact and relevance
- Experience of data analysis and presentation
- Ability to proactively handle and respond to customer objections
- Strong interpersonal skills, confident personality, high level of enthusiasm
