Job Description
We're looking for a French-qualified lawyer with a few years of post-qualification experience to join our Paris office and support Infor's commercial teams in Europe. As an active member of the Koch Commercial team, you'll work closely with the Paris-based legal team and other global teams to draft and negotiate contracts, support complex IT projects, and advise commercial and business teams on legal and strategic matters.
Requirements
- French-qualified lawyer with a few years of post-qualification experience
- Bilingual French speaker with business-level English proficiency
- Previous in-house experience in an international business environment is preferred
- Experience with commercial contracts; Familiarity with Cloud/tech system integrators or large-scale IT project contracting is advantageous
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a global team
- Located in Île-de-France and available to work on-site full-time at our Rueil-Malmaison office
