Requirements
- Providing technical support to regional OP teams
- Designing technical solutions and service integration plans
- Presenting technical solutions and assessing telecom requirements
- Conducting demos and POCs
- Delivering technical documentations
- Handling technical and security questionnaires
- Acting as a Project Manager in solution design, integration, and testing phases
- Supporting regional OP teams in closing phase
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
