Legal Analyst

We're looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Legal Analyst to support Influur's Legal department and make sure our contracts, policies, and corporate structures stay as flawless as our campaigns.

Requirements

• Contract Drafting: Create and review agreements with influencers, brands, and partners.
• Policy Training: Help sales and marketing teams stay aligned by training them on legal policies (Privacy, Cancellation, Contracts).
• Platform Management: Own the contract lifecycle management flow and Carta for equity management.
• Automation Skills: Capable of automating simple workflows in Zapier, N8N, Make or similar tools.
• Corporate Compliance: Support corporate obligations for our Mexican subsidiary while keeping U.S. operations buttoned up.
• Board Coordination: Track Board meeting minutes and ensure timely signatures.
• Organization & Storage: Maintain legal files and ensure everything is easily accessible and up to date.
