Job Description
INflow Federal is seeking a Systems Engineer to support a technologically advanced environment in defense. This role involves designing, securing, and managing mission-critical systems, including hardened Linux environments and multi-platform authentication domains. The company focuses on integrating human insight with machine capabilities and ensuring cybersecurity excellence.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional systems administration experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Security+ Certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
- Strong knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration
- Scripting proficiency in Shell, Perl, PowerCLI, or PowerShell
- Familiarity with DNS, LDAP, and cross-platform authentication systems
- Experience with YUM/DNF and Red Hat Satellite
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity tools like Trellix, HBSS, and Carbon Black
- Excellent communication skills
