Job Description
Inflection.io is a B2B marketing automation company experiencing rapid growth. They are seeking a motivated and experienced SDE3 Backend Software Engineer to join a fast-growing team focused on building a large company. The role involves leading the development of complex software systems and providing technical leadership to junior engineers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in Java, Python, Golang, or C#
- Strong understanding of database systems (relational and NoSQL)
- Hands-on experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Amazon SQS)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
