Senior Legal Operations Manager

Inflection AI is seeking a Senior Legal Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and collaborate closely with the Legal Team. The ideal candidate will provide legal support with general corporate maintenance and complex transactions, and have the technical skills and professional maturity to operate independently with minimal guidance from an attorney.

Requirements

• Organize corporate records and conduct due diligence reviews
• Coordinate due diligence activities for acquisitions in partnership with internal stakeholders
• Engage effectively with cross-functional teams to identify, mitigate and resolve risks and issues in the deal and integration process
• Help create and update company-wide policies, processes, standardized documents, and training resources
• Review and interpret a wide range of agreements
• Maintain a database of key contracts and highlight non-standard terms for easy access
• Oversee corporate governance requirements for subsidiaries
• Manage the Legal team’s technology stack and infrastructure
• Develop and manage the Legal team’s annual budget
• Ensure all board and corporate governance documents are up to date
