Senior Software Engineer

Senior Software Engineer with hands-on expertise in building and modernizing healthcare payer applications. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining.NET Core /.NET 6+ applications, REST APIs, and microservices on Azure cloud-native platforms, and integrating with external and internal systems using FHIR APIs, HL7, and HIPAA X12 EDI transactions.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on expertise in building and modernizing healthcare payer applications
• Strong technical acumen in.NET Core /.NET 6+, Azure PaaS services, and healthcare payer operations
• Familiarity with CMS, HEDIS, NCQA, and other payer reporting requirements
• Understanding of HIPAA X12 transactions, HL7 / FHIR standards, and data exchange protocols
• Prior exposure to core payer platforms (Facets, QNXT, HealthEdge, or similar)
• Experience with healthcare payer operations such as Claims Adjudication, Eligibility, Member Enrollment, Provider Management, and Authorizations
