Job Description
This position focuses on identifying and evaluating PIPE investment opportunities within public companies. The role involves conducting due diligence, financial analysis, deal structuring, and market intelligence to support investment strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of PIPE mechanics and strong negotiation skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in PIPE investments
- Deep understanding ofPIPEmechanics
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships
