- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok advertising, Telegram, Reddit, Discord, or Twitch
- Track record in driving traffic and organic growth from Tier-1 geos (US, UK, Germany, France)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools
- Experience with building and optimizing campaigns on a CPA/CPI model
- Proactive and adaptive with data-driven reasoning
- Fluent English
