Requirements
- A commitment to upholding and modeling Indwell's mission, values, Statement of Faith, and other operating standards and policies
- Minimum of five years experience in strategic communications in the Not-for Profit and Charitable sector
- Minimum of ten years in Fund Development in progressively responsible positions
- Major Gift and Capital Campaign experience
- Media Training
- Leadership and Supervisory experience
- Familiarity with a CRM (charity application)
- CMP certification or CFRE Designation or working toward
