Job Description
We are seeking a licensed therapist (LP, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) for a full-time position in Iowa City and Cedar Rapids, IA. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional client care, possess strong initiative and self-motivation, and exhibit creativity and innovation in their therapeutic approach.
Requirements
- Hold a valid license as a Mental Health Professional (LISW, LMHC, LMFT, LP)
- Conduct comprehensive mental health diagnostic assessments for new clients
- Deliver high-quality therapy services to individuals, couples, and families
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic health records for outpatient clients
- Coordinate care effectively and collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
- Manage an independent schedule and caseload efficiently
