Lobby Ambassador - NYC

Industrious is looking for a Lobby Ambassador to create memorable arrival and departure experiences for office tenants in a commercial building. The Lobby Ambassador will be part of the building's hospitality team and will be responsible for greeting tenants, managing visitor management systems, and providing concierge services.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of work experience in hospitality operations
• Hospitality attire requirements
• Stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 25lbs
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
• Punctual, dependable and act with a high standard of integrity
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Deep passion for hospitality and engagement
