Job Description
Industrious Labs is seeking an entrepreneurial individual to lead a work transforming the cement industry, with a focus on climate, union jobs, and environmental justice. This is a public-facing role reporting to Partner and Campaigns Director, managing a team in the Global South and U.S., with a focus on decarbonization and building a strong coalition. Candidates should have experience building campaigns and raising funds, and be passionate about sustainability.
Requirements
- At least 10-15 years of increasing responsibility leading teams
- Background in policy development, movement building, or organizational leadership in advocacy.
- Demonstrated experience building programs focused on strategic alignment.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and a desire to build a strong team culture.
- Strong communication skills.
