Business Lawyer

Indra is seeking a Business Lawyer to join its UK & Ireland team, providing strategic legal advice and guidance to the company's executives, senior management, and board members on a wide range of legal matters.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience, gained within a reputable law firm or in-house legal team.
• Strong experience advising on corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, shareholder arrangements, and commercial contracts.
• Proven ability to take ownership of a varied workload, managing matters from instruction through to resolution with minimal supervision.
