Area Sales Director is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to deliver results in the assigned area. This includes recruiting, selecting, and evaluating team members, as well as providing sales direction and guidance. The Area Sales Director is also responsible for operations, including meeting revenue goals and expense management.
Requirements
- Deliver Indivior goals/results for assigned area
- Responsible for expense management/profitability
- Participate in and contribute to accomplishments of the business objectives
- Develop and implement business plans
- Plan, organize and monitor Clinical Specialist's and Institutional Specialist's assignments
- Effectively plan and conduct required meetings
- Implement and monitor all field-based training
- Conduct field visits with each Clinical Specialist and Institutional Specialist
