Job Description
We are looking for a Support Technician to assist clients throughout the integration process and help them get the most out of our technology. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Level 2 Support Technician, analysis and resolution of technical incidents in production, and familiarity with Linux.
Requirements
- Experience as a Level 2 Support Technician
- Analysis and resolution of technical incidents in production
- Operations in databases (SQL)
- Familiarity with Linux (terminal)
- Ability to interpret server, application, and web logs
- Experience with user interaction
- Ability to understand code developed by others
- Defining improvements for the platform
