Job Description
The Electrical Maintenance Specialist reports to the Electrical Supervisor and is responsible for preventative maintenance, repair, and alterations of all electrical equipment at the Building Authority properties. Shifts are 2nd, 2nd, Saturday, 2nd, Saturday. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring safe and reliable electrical systems.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 3 years of previous experience in electrical maintenance and repair
- Valid Indiana Driver’s License
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work flexible schedule
- Ability to work well with others
- Competencies in technical skills, work ethic, and communication
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as working in a confined space and lifting objects.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics diagrams
- Experience with camera systems and troubleshooting.
