Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Service Specialist (Partner Advocate) to join our brand-new Partner Services Team. This role involves providing responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful assistance to commercial members/customers and helping them feel confident and supported throughout their insurance experience.
Requirements
- Commercial Insurance experience
- High School education or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify and process relevant data efficiently and accurately
- Open to flexible work schedules and able to work some evening hours
- Commitment to increasing knowledge base and learning new systems or tools to enhance overall job performance
- Reliable transportation for in-person training and events at home office, in Indianapolis
