Program Assistant

The Program Assistant will provide administrative support to the CCTI, EDI, and Affiliate Incubator programs, answering questions, processing registration forms, and creating marketing materials.

Requirements

• Proven clerical experience
• Computer skills (Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Access)
• Web Page Design experience (HTML, DHTML, JSP, XML, JavaScript)
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well with students, faculty, and co-workers
• Ability to multi-task and be well organized and detail oriented
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
