Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to own the delivery of technology projects that underpin our platform and tooling. The ideal candidate will have experience managing technical projects, a proven track record of delivering complex IT initiatives, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing technical projects
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional IT initiatives on time, on budget, and with high quality
- Experience coordinating between technical and non-technical stakeholders and translating technical concepts into understandable plans
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or hybrid), tools (e.g. Jira, Airtable, Gitlab, DevOps, Clickup), and version control / deployment workflows
- A mindset of ownership, responsibility, and continuous reliability
