Virtual Engagement Representative

Requirements

• Outbound calling to physicians' offices to deliver disease awareness, education, and product messaging
• Liaising with gatekeepers, receptionists, office managers, and other office staff to virtually navigate HCP offices
• Building ongoing relationships with offices, establishing trust and confidence with gatekeepers and HCPs as a brand ambassador and trusted advisor
• Monitoring performance to ensure project goals are met to client's satisfaction
