Your tasks include creation and maintenance of work, change and additional contracts, preparation and maintenance of personnel data, salary accounting, and organizational support for employee meetings and management in HR-relevant processes.

Requirements

• Experience in HR Administration and salary accounting
• Safe handling of HR systems (Personio knowledge is a big plus) and MS Office
• Structured, reliable work style and an eye for detail
• Communication skills and a professional appearance
• Enjoyment of thinking about processes and building professional standards together with management
