Staff Software Engineer, Product

We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join one of our product engineering teams at Included Health. As a technical lead individual contributor, you will operate across team boundaries to shape architecture, influence technical direction, and partner closely with Product, Design, and Data to build experiences that meaningfully improve member outcomes.

Requirements

• Lead the design and delivery of complex, cross-team product initiatives
• Partner with Product and Design to translate ambiguous problem spaces into scalable technical solutions
• Establish and evolve architectural patterns that support growth and reliability
• Raise the engineering bar through thoughtful code reviews, mentorship, and technical guidance
• Identify and proactively address technical debt, performance issues, and systemic risks
• Influence roadmap decisions with a strong product and systems mindset
