Job Description
Included Health is seeking a 100% Remote Mental Health Therapist licensed in Minnesota to join their team. This contractor role offers compassionate, high-quality virtual care to patients across their healthcare journey, providing therapy sessions and managing billing. The Behavioral Health Clinician will focus solely on patient care and documentation, with ongoing support from a Clinical Operations team.
Requirements
- Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision
- Master's degree in Social Work from CSWE accredited program
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Minnesota
- LPC/LMHC license in Minnesota
