EVCS Technician

InCharge Energy is seeking a detail-oriented Electric Vehicle Charging Station (EVCS) Technician to enhance our service operations and contribute to our ongoing growth.

Requirements

• Diagnose and repair electrical charging infrastructure with precision using advanced tools and techniques
• Maintain meticulous records for all repairs and installations and coordinate seamlessly with third parties/vendors
• Ensure all services and projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget
• Proactively offer clients additional services and create warm leads for the sales team
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Track charging infrastructure performance and provide detailed progress reports
