Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Significant focus on technical roles
- Track record of hiring for rapidly scaling startups or high-growth technology companies
- Experience recruiting for AI/ML research roles
- Comfortable engaging with highly technical candidates
