Projekt Manager Mobilfunk (m/w/d)

The company is seeking a Project Manager for Mobile Phone Customer Service to manage all activities within the Customer Service Center. This role involves leadership, strategic planning, communication, analysis, and team management, with a focus on optimizing service quality and employee development. The project manager will also oversee business development and implementation of profit margin changes.

Requirements

• Completed study in business administration, economics, communication management or a comparable qualification
• Completed commercial training with further development and a solid career experience in customer service
• Multiple years of experience in customer service, ideally in a management position
• Experience in the telecommunications sector, especially in the mobile sector
• Knowledge of service management, process optimization, and quality management
• Experience in CRM systems, call center software, and MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of business development and implementation of strategic projects
• Ability to identify optimization potentials and derive structured change processes
• Experience in the strategic building and re-orientation of service units
• Affinity for digitalization and efficiency improvement in customer service
• High customer orientation and service understanding
• Empathy and teamwork
• High self-motivation, organizational talent and resilience
• Ability to manage multi-project management and cross-departmental cooperation
