Job Description
Imprivata is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join their IT Program Management team. This role will drive innovation, scalability, and optimization of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, partnering with various teams to deliver impactful solutions and manage end-to-end responsibilities for end-to-end review and optimization of Salesforce. The role involves translating business needs into technical solutions and influencing strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Manage discovery, documentation, and refinement of business and system requirements at scale.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape technology strategy.
- Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate and drive agile ceremonies.
- Oversee and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Maintain and enhance documentation and SOPs.
