Talent Acquisition Specialist

Implema is an IT consulting company seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive their talent acquisition work forward during a colleague's parental leave. The role involves managing the entire recruitment process, building candidate networks, and developing internal TA processes.

Requirements

• Relevant education background, preferably in human resources management or a comparable focus within HR, behavioral science, or economics.
• At least two years of experience in a similar role as Talent Acquisition Specialist/Partner, preferably from the IT consulting industry.
• Experience with Teamtailor and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
