Job Description
Imperative Care is seeking a Sr Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to reach and engage target audiences, including interventionalists, surgeons, hospital staff, and administration. This role will drive the amplification of Imperative Care's brand visibility across channels and support commercial initiatives through data-driven strategy and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the medical device, healthcare, or technology industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, paid social media, email marketing, and website optimization
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and marketing automation tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
