Ops Systems Specialist (Fully Remote)

We're looking for a hands-on systems builder who thrives on creating scalable operational infrastructure. This is a fully remote role with high autonomy, where you'll design and optimize CRMs, automation workflows, and dashboards that directly support revenue operations and company growth.

Requirements

• Some experience working with business tools such as CRMs, spreadsheets, or automation platforms
• Comfortable using Google Sheets (formulas, basic dashboards, data organization)
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on keeping data accurate
• Able to follow processes and work independently when needed
