Job Description
Immersion Consulting is seeking Travel Assistance Center (TAC) Agents to support the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO). These agents provide 24/7 support to DoD travelers and administrators, serving as subject matter experts in DoD travel systems and ensuring timely assistance. The role involves responding to inquiries, providing technical support, and documenting interactions in the Ticket Management System.
Requirements
- Respond to inquiries regarding Defense Travel System (DTS)
- Provide technical support for DTS interfaces and GTCC issues
- Assist military recruits through the Recruit Assistance Program (RAP)
- Document interactions in the Ticket Management System (TMS) and escalate issues
- Operate within an ACD system
- Support outreach efforts for Defense Travel Administrators (DTAs)
- Participate in system testing and verification
- Maintain knowledge of DTS, TraX, EWTS, and related tools
- Ensure compliance with service standards
