• Technical knowledge of lubricants, from education or practice.
• Experience in the field service or strong motivation to grow in this area.
• Interest in industry, automotive, shipping or machine building.
• Independence, initiative and pleasure in many customer contacts.
• Strong communication skills and commercial energy.
• Perseverance and a positive attitude.
