Job Description
Imagine is seeking a Home & Community Based Services (HCBS) Supervisor to provide care and support to individuals with functional, cognitive, and other physical/mental health needs. The role involves team leadership, resource management, and ensuring individuals' needs are met, as well as compliance with regulations. This is a leadership position focused on empowerment and individual achievement.
Requirements

- Ability to balance assertiveness and humility.
- Reliable transportation and insurance.
- Must be 18 years of age and able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and pass a medical/driving background check.
