Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) Certification required
• Certified by the State of Wisconsin for medication administration
• Maintained working 100 hours as a Med Admin Aide and 4 hours of medication training per calendar year since completing program
