Requirements
- Must be 16+ years old
- Caregiver or customer service preferred
- Enrollment in and successful completion of Certified Nursing Aide Program and testing
- Commitment to quality programs and services for the residents/patients/clients
- Excellent communications and human relation skills
- Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information
- Ability to relate well to the residents/patients/clients, family members / personal representatives
- Ability to collaborate with all internal and external customers
- Commitment to quality programs and services for the residents/patients/clients
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions and exhibit flexibility when needed
- Ability to hear communication and communicate verbally, visually and in writing with staff and residents
